Operators can easily see history and trends, but can also start workflows to deliver new bins, schedule additional collections or activate new services such as assisted collections.

Call Centre and CRM

Collective not only brings together all the operational information from your crews and back-office staff, it also ensures that this information is shared with your contact centre to close more calls during the first contact. The team working ethos of Collective means that your CRM system is seamlessly integrated, in both directions.
Requests for new bins, bulky waste bookings, assisted collection applications and any other requests are logged onto the CRM system in the normal way and are immediately actioned by Collective. Service enquiries are quickly dealt with as front-line information is displayed directly in the CRM application.
