Work Packs

Crews view and execute their daily work job-by-job, with specific software designed for domestic waste, commercial waste and mechanical sweeping duties. Work Packs can be changed on the fly allowing jobs to be reassigned from other crews, jobs held due to payment or equipment shortages to be released or for new work to be added during the working day.

Route Information

Collective replaces traditional paper notes and clipboards with on-screen information about assisted collections, access codes for gates, multiple bins and other special arrangements, all linked in real-time to the back-office system. In-built navigation, complete with low-bridge, weight and width restriction functions, takes crews to their next stop and to and from tipping points, depots and other key locations.

Crews record completed work, plus service exceptions such as bins not out, contamination and blocked access to streets at the touch of a button. This information is passed immediately to the depot and call centre. No paper, no delays – just instant information for everyone who needs it.

Messaging

Communication is at the heart of effective teamwork, which is why Collective allows preset and ad-hoc messages to be sent between the crews and the depot.
